PERSONAL INJURY LAW
Our personal injury practice has resulted in a number of substantial settlements or verdicts, some of which are listed
under the Case Results on this webpage. We are able to negotiate settlements in approximately 95% of our cases and
we take the remainder to trial after the insurance company refuses to make a reasonable offer on the cases. We advance
the costs of pursuing each matter and we do not charge a fee unless we recover compensation for our client.
DIVORCE / FAMILY LAW
Our approach in representing our family law clients is to attempt to settle their disputes before preparing the case for
litigation and going to court. We believe that our clients are better served by avoiding the emotional trauma of
airing their family problems and possibly injuring the children through a public trial. In cases where this is
not feasible, we are willing and able to aggressively pursue our client's case in a court of law.
We are experienced in all aspects of this field and represent federal employees and civilian and military clients who are located all over the world.
BANKRUPTCY LAW
Due to our weak economic times, more and more businesses and people are having financial problems and are being forced into bankruptcy. We are prepared
to counsel our clients on ways to avoid bankruptcy but will file a case as a last resort. The filing of a bankruptcy petition will stop all
creditor collection activities including the IRS. It also can allow you to save your home while eliminating most of your other debts. Federal
and state law grants exemptions which allow you to keep your property even though you are filing to discharge your debts.
CRIMINAL / TRAFFIC LAW
