OUR NEWEST ASSOCIATE
Our newest associate, Elisha R. Roberts joined law firm in November of 2007. Ms. Roberts received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
While at the University of Dayton School of Law, Ms. Roberts received a number of honors including two CALI Awards for achieving the highest grade in both the Legal Profession I – Legal Research and Writing and Legal Profession II – Legal Research and Writing courses. She was a member of the National Moot Court Team from 2005 to 2007, and in 2007 she was awarded for the "Best Brief" in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition. She was also a teaching assistant to Professor Susan Wawrose for the Legal Profession I course for lower classmen.
While in law school, Elisha was a Legal Intern at the Ohio Attorney General's Office, and she served as a Law Clerk for the Second District Ohio Court of Appeals.
Ms. Roberts' practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, bankruptcy, and family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, and child support.
Ms. Roberts is a conscientious, dedicated, and skillful attorney and we are honored to have her join our firm.
