Carole Scott is a legal assistant with Charles B. Roberts & Associates, P.C. and has been with the firm since May of 2002. She is a 1999 graduate of
George Mason University and received a B.S. in Administration of Justice. She is also a lifelong resident of Prince William County.
Ms. Scott has acquired extensive experience in the fields of civil and criminal litigation and is actively involved in supervising all
aspects of Charles B. Roberts & Associates, P.C.’s practice. She has attended many legal education courses in her fields of
practice and is an expert in her position.
Before coming to Charles B. Roberts & Associates, P.C., Ms. Scott worked as a litigation legal secretary at the law firm of Finnegan
Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington, DC. At that position, she provided support for complex patent
infringement litigations including large document productions, indexing and management of case files, and preparation of trial materials.
